      PPGI/PPGL:In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the hot-dip galvanized/galvalume color-coated steel protects against rust and has a longer service life than hot-dip galvanized /galvalume sheet.the aluzinc coating surface protects the base steel not only by providing a barrier to corrosion elements but also by the sacrificial nature of the coating. PPGI/PPGL often remains in working order with little maintenance for 25 years or more.

How to Decide PPGI Coil?
1. Coating Types
When choosing a primer, you need to consider the adhesion of the primer; while for top coating, corrosion resistance and color retention will be more important.
There are four commonly used coatings, including polyester (PE), silicone modified polyester (SMP), high durability polyester (HDP), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). PE coating is of good adhesion and it is widely used as a primer. 
While HDP and PVDF because of their excellent durability and color retention.
They have the best long life span: more than 25 years.

2. Thickness of Coating At LIYING Steel, the painting thickness is usually 18-22um. The max top paint can be 55um. Generally, the thick the coating, the better the durability.  You can choose according to the use environment. For example, I need this material: Dx51d+AZ150 PVDF/HDP 30um, it may used in the sea,or chemiercal factory. If you have special requirements, please let us know. 3.The base metal steel The base metal steel commonly used consist of: Galvanized steel, Galvalume steel and Al-Zn-Mg steel.Generally, The more zinc content, the longer the service life.and the zinc coating ranges from AZ30g-AZ275g.    p
